Multichoice Suspending services without any explanation

Very dissapointed with the administration of DSTV, when they just suspend your services without any explanation when u check on the WhatsApp nunber they use u are not behind then boom after 1 day u are owing monnies that are not explained what are they for😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
