Multichoice sucks!!!!

I have removed a device from accessing my dstv now app however they keep having access to my account.

I was advised by a consultant that it's because when the other person was logging on with their device, they clicked on the option "keep logged on" on their device.

I have changed my password on my login, even suspended my account, however when I reactivated my account the person still gains access to my account.

I have no control over MY account and Multichoice claims they can't block the user from THEIR system either. So in essence, Multichoice is giving access of MY account (which im paying) to a user that I no longer want to give access to.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
