Multichoice sucks
I'm an existing dstv subscriber. Early May 2019 I was offered there pricelock package for R899, I accepted however since the package was activated different premium amounts are deducted from my account. Every month I am forced to contact Multichoice to rectify the issue which in it self is another issue because their voice-over system will prompt you to put in my account details but as of recent my details do not reflect on their system, even when I reach a dstv call centre agent, they try and generate my details but I am either put on hold for long periods of time or on many a case the agent cuts the call. I've even experienced the agent put me on hold but the call did not cut to the hold music while he called the manager by the name of Vinod to explain the situation. At some point of the agent explaining to the manager, the manager must've noticed that the call was not correctly placed on hold and he then told the agent to cut the call. I ended twice there-after and both agents also cut the call. I feel their service is highly unprofessional and ***********. They need to rectify this nonsense properly because I'm now receiving calls from their sales department offering me pricelock on their compact package and that's utterly ridiculous when I am an existing full-boquet customer.
