MultiChoice sucks !!

I'm at the point now to cancel my DSTV subscription as I'm dealing here with a bunch of *********** useless people that's only focus is to ***** as much money as possible from every subscriber. I paid an amount of R755 for my premium option for ages as my decoder had been paid off. Then in May they started to call me to inform me my contract comes to an end and I need to accept PriceLock which I refused. I told them to send me my contract. They just kept on calling and after the third time they just increased my premium to R975. I called them then and asked them to give me PriceLock. The person then told me I'll have to have a new explora installed with a new dish. When the installer arrived, I found out that the 'new' explora needs extra components for my XtraView and additional decoder which would cost more than R1000 without installation costs. I told him to leave it. I called MultiChoice TWICE and told them to cancel the PriceLock and come and fetch the explora. They told me they'll log a call. Nobody contacted me. This month suddenly my premium shot up to R1058. On the website I could see that they charged me for installation of the new explora as well as for the explora. I tried to call again, but to no avail. My only option now is to CANCEL my subscription and get this over and done with.
