Multichoice submits debit order *******ly
I temporally suspended my DSTV service during December because I was going to be away for an unknown extended period. I have emails from Riaan Perils on 28/12/2015 and Nomthandazo Mbatha on 29/12/2015 to confirm in writing that my service is suspended by Multichoice, after going to a lot of effort to arrange all my affairs. My decoder has of course not been plugged in since then and I didn't make use of their services.

On 1/2/2016 I received a notice from my bank that Multichoice *******ly submitted yet another debit order and took my money. This happened in spite of me having to beg over several weeks and eventually obtaining their commitment in writing in December that they would not do this.

Multichoice doesn't make recordings of calls available and thus I prefer to communicate with them in writing so that I can keep a record of what was said. I sent my complaint by email but I haven't heard from them yet.

The bank says I must approach Multichoice to get my money back, but Multichoice is not responding. I don't know what else to do.
