Multichoice stole my money

Multichoice, I am so disappointed in your service. My dstv has been more off than off the past 3 months, even though it has been paid! When I phone them all feedback I get is that they will speed it up and we should wait 24 hours. Okay neh how many 24 hours should we wait? I am paying for something for an entire month that is only on for about a week of the month. This is not acceptable at all!! You are quick to cut off the dstv when its not been paid but when it come to you puting it on you take your time? I will give you up untill tomorrow morning for my DSTV to be on or I will take this further. My card number ***
