Multichoice stinks

Multichoice has *****ed up our TV service. At the beginning of November we were supposed to be switched over to a group system with The flower Foundation, Elm Park Village group, including the recording facility option. We have been paying subs through the Flower Foundation From the start of November. This is handled by their commercial division. We have not been connected with the recording facility. To date, despite numerous enquiries by myself and the village manager all we get are week excuses and buck passing answers. Nobody appears to be capable or willing to help. it looks like their commercial records are a complete shambles. I am a very irate, soon to be ex, viewer. In case anyone at DSTV is interested, or capable of sorting this out, my decoder number is P ********** 17
