MultiChoice *****s Money from Price Lock Customers.

DSTV ***** your money!

So I'm currently on price lock with DStv and was over debited o the 28/08/2019 and 28/09/2019. On the first month i was overcharge i was promised it would not happen again. Again on the next month i was over charged on my price lock. On Saturday 28th i contacted the call center and was bluntly told that they can not help me today. Monday the 30th i called back and was told i the matter will be resolved within 48 hours.

Thursday (Today) i did a follow up again and again i was told i must wait. So i asked for the billing department no so maybe i can sort it out myself. I was given the number to the call center for business accounts.

So my understanding is that MultiChoice has breached the contract of Price lock and is able to ***** money from your bank account.

I would not recommend MultiChoice to anyone as it is cheaper to steam and no one will ***** your money.
