multichoice staff should learn some respect

I am really not happy with the service or the way I've been treated with by multichoice, after I have contacted their contacted centre and spoke to a very unprofessional lady by the name of Dudu who seems to know nothing about the product she then decided to play music while was still speaking not satisfied with her explanation she even told me that she don't know that not her job, they tried to collect my premium on the 21/04 then they only detected that it was unpaid after a month asked the reason why she told me she don't know , yet on the 18/05 some consultant from multichoice called me telling me that I've got credit of R8 so my next premium will be R351 since I've change to compact for R359p/m for the coming 24 months so I am lost really , and to that Dudu lady its cost nothing to treat someone with respect, and I might be black but I am working very hard for my money, and I am so upset that my services its been suspended with their ***********
