MULTICHOICE STAFF ARE DISGUSTING AND *********** !!!!!!

I can surely confirm that Multichoice Staff Members are *********** from management to call center agents !!! Last month I called in and make arrangement for debit order of R1 500 run from my account on the 27 of February 2018 and the agent in question confirmed that the debit order will run on the 27th of February 2018 and gave a discount of R 1 300 due to debit order arrangement. The 27th of February came to pass without deduction my account I then call the call center on the 5th of March to find out why was the R1 300 not deducted from my account which was supposed to have been debited from my account on the 27th February 2018 as per agreement. I spoke to a lady by the name of Theolene (on the 5th March 2018 - call Ref: ********** 4/i327 ) which to my surprise confirmed that R1 300 was debited from my account and declared that money received and reflecting on their account , which I said to her I said to her I found this bizarre because nothing was deducted from my account nor received any notification and proof from my bank statement that the debit order went through. She then said everything is fine on her side money received and the next debit order will be effective this month (March) on the 27th. I even emphasized with her to reconfirm if everything is in order because I don’t want any surprises of my account being suspended, though it was still strange because no confirmation of debit from my account.

Seven days later ( 12 March 2018) I received the following sms: “We have stopped your Dstv as you’ve not paid. To reconnect, pay R 13472.06, using ref no. ********** . Once paid, we’ll reconnect you. To Pay: payat.io/dstv/ ********** 4”

I forwarded my query to Zamani Ndlovu (Supervisor) via email ********** as he once said I should liaise with him directly if I have any queries with regard to the service because this is not the first time I complained on Hello Peter about the same disgusting service ! Zamani didnt bother to respond to my email despite follow up email pleading to respond. I then called the call center today (13/03/2018) unfortunately I was agitated and very upset I couldnt take the name of the male agent assisted me whom he confirmed that the debit only ran on the 5th of March with incorrect amount, he confirmed that there was one extra digit typing error on the actual amount hence the debit order bounced, I then asked the urgent why the debit order only ran on the 5th of March 2018 because the initial arrangement was the 27th of February 2018, he couldnt answer as he only said he was not sure but he apologised for the wrong amount attempted to be debited from my account and acknowledged the mistake was on their side and he reactivated my service. Few hours later I received another sms that I now have to pay R14 207.53 and to reconnect I must pay the full amount !!!!

Multichoice call center dont care about their customers ! TFC ( Treating Customers Fairly) regulation is null and void to Multichoice !!! 90% of the staff are *********** !!!! No ACCOUNTABILITY from their STAFF !!!

WHAT A DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!!
