MULTICHOICE SPRINGS BRANCH FORCE CUSTOMERS TO BUY THEIR EXPENSIVE DECODERS AND WHEN YOU BUY AT PEP THEY REFUSE TO ACTIVATE THE DECODER FOR YOU 😡

I would like to complain specifically about the dstv multichoice branch in springs CBD... I bought a decoder at pep stores for R299 and went to the branch to activate the decoder,at first I was told that pep decoders are second hand decoders and that I must take it back and buy their decoder which costs R599. I went back to pep and asked if their decoders are second hand and I was told that's not true. I went back to the multichoice branch and told them that I refuse to buy their decoder but I need them to activate for me, they then spined their story and said they can't activate pep decoders... I was so disappointed by the attitude I got from the ladies that work there that I went to another multichoice branch and I was instantly assisted with the same pep decoder...
