Multichoice SMSs and statements entirely incorrect

I pay my R684 DSTV fee every month via debit order. I have no problem with that, BUT - On about the 24th of every month I receive TWO SMS messages from DSTV. The first tells me that my next debit order (R684) will be on the 27th of the month. The second tells me that my next debit order (R649) will be on the 27th of the month. BUT I have only one DSTV account ! Multichoice Call Centre staff cannot explain why I receive TWO messages on the same day, for DIFFERENT AMOUNTS. I have asked for a statement, but the statement contains nonsense, and the call centre staff cannot understand the problem. (For EACH of my three Smartcards I am debited THREE times for "Access Fee", and credited once for "Access Fee Adjustment" (ie reversal).. I have 3 decoders, so I have 3 smartcards, and this means that my statement shows nine debits and three related credits. This means that for access fees alone I am being charged 9 x R105 less 3 x R105 = R630. AND I am being charged a "DSTV Subscription" fee of R539 for EACH of the three Smartcards. The total charge each month is therefore R630+R539+R539+R539 = R2247 ... BUT the balance is always reflected as R0.00 - and a R684 debit order then goes through on the 27th of each month. I am frustrated - not with the apparent software or coding errors, but with the inability of DSTV to understand that (a) they are sending me a false SMS (regarding R649) each month, and (b) their "statements" are *******. Unfortunately it seems that it is impossible to speak to anyone at Multichoice who may assist in resolving this matter.
