Multichoice service non - existent

I have been trying to cancel my subscription since mid - January only to be told you can only cancel it on the paymet date which they have now advised is 2 March as 2 february has passed.. Calling the customer care department is useless because if you press the number for Sales it is answered immedialtey ,whereas the number for cancellations cuts you off time and time again. 5 phone calls of over 45 minutes each since mid - January with no resolution, is rather unaccepatable. The Live Chat function is of no use either as the person can simply only answer questions and not action anything.
