Multichoice service is PATHETIC!!!

Since 2 June 2015 we have been in a constant struggle with Lawrence Sewnarain & Lynette Moopanar to change the ownership of the DSTV contract in our restaurant. Instead of giving us a list of documents to send to them, we are told in drips and drabs to send this and then that and then our original application is misplaced after 3 months! I get a call from Lawrence Sewnarain, asking me what the request is and once I start talking I'm told to calm down and then he laughs at me! This has been going on for 3 months with mails not being answered for weeks, then the blame being shifted from one to the other. Finally we resorted to threats of contacting the CEO and this is the way he handles the situation, by calling me and insulting me with his laughs and comments? I now had to once again sent the original application and hope it can be sorted out as we have been without DSTV for a week and it affects our business. Unfortunately the customer doesn't answer their phones after holding on for more than half an hour and neither Lawrence or Lynette attach any signatures on their correspondence mails in order for customers to be able to contact them directly!
