MULTICHOICE SERVICE IS F*CKIN' GARBAGE

Multichoice customer service is f*ckin' garbage, their contact number is never available, you get automated voice prompts until your airtime runs out. Their WhatsApp line is not much of a help either, it's like you chatting to a f*ckin' robot that asks you you the same f*ckin questions, gives you the same f*ckin options which are not even related to why you contacted them in the first place. This company should shut down coz clearly their right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and their operating system is worse than home affairs, SARS & the ANC put together. They're quick to charge you fees that you don't know about, but when you contact them no-one can explain to you what those f*ckin' fees are for. **** Multi Choice!!!
