Multichoice **** Selling Faulty Devices

I bought a On Air device from Multichoice that only worked for 2 hours. I was so excited to get home and turn my TV into a smart TV as they sold it to me. When I arrived in the evening I connected the device, it worked perfectly. The next day the device started giving me issues, why are you guys ****ming people and selling broken devices. I read the reviews and saw there are so many complaints like mine. I should have done my due diligince and searched for reviews.
