Multichoice ****med me

Multichoice offered me a discount in March and April this year. They said I must pay R250 for compact. Now after 3 months they came back wanting their money back. I called their call centre and went to Durban branch, they said matter is escalated they'll call me. Till now no one called and they just disconnected my dish after I paid my monthly payment. Now I have to pay the money they say I owe including the connection fee. I never asked for a discount, why must I pay for their mistake. No one is willing to take ownership on this. My number is ***
