Multichoice sags still not resolved - five months later !

Multichoice ref : # **********

This matter was first raised on 3rd March 2016 and despite numerous follow-us from myself and the OCCASIONAL response from you, is still outstanding and you now owe me refund of overcharges from April 2016 to date.

In June I again wrote to you advising the background and a follow-up to this on 4th July lead to a call from one of your staff advising me that the matter was with your accounts department and I should expect a response with 48 hours.

Much to my surprise (!!!) no such call – nor any further communication has been received.

Although this matter has been referred to Price Lock - on several occasions, if one can actually believe the response from Multichoice (which I don't), I am still being charged the incorrect amount. I raised this issue on 3rd March and here we are on 4th October without resolution. It's also interesting that theres no way one can get hold of any authorative management to get this resolved - just the same old useless customer contact centre.

It's now November and there's been no response from Multichoice for months. The overpayments are mounting up and I find this totally unacceptable. Will you PLEASE resolve this issue without any further delay !
