Multichoice SA not living up to its promise taking advantage of the elderly

Im not happy with multi choice reason being u don't keep your promise, last time with my query u said u will call my dad back regarding the boogas insurance u included in his dstv subscription yes u did cancel it but where is his refund I know insurance can't be refund if u decide to cancel the defferent is that my dad dint join it your desperate consultant decide to include it without his concern that make multi choice responsible. He requested for a proof that he joined u were not able to provide it, so please reverse what u deducted. This is last request if u are serious and transparent about your business provide proof or refund. His dstv is off again and I paid so I can't be dealing with multi choice every months regarding this is totally wrong to include policies in your customers dstv acc without their concerned taking advantage of the elderly
