I got the impression that the finance department at Multichoice afe not capable do do their job. On several occasions we have been cut off. Although we paid on time everytime. Get a sms pay connection plus subriction..I even send a proof of payment with the EFT. This is really starting to **** me of. It is so inconvinient . Plus it cost a me airtime which is not cheap. Especially when put on hold. Get facts right Multichoice otherwise hire people who can do the job.
