Multichoice ruined my life 25th November 2021 I took a DStv explora ultra on price lock for 24 months suppose to pay R499pm and I made an arrangement that they should Debit my account on the 10th each month they said my decoder will be delivered and installed with 7 working days and someone will call me for directions nothing was delivered till today I called numerous times only to be put on hold for 40 minutes till I got hold of the cancellation department and told them to cancel cos they cant deliver but my account is debited every month since December and now on my clear score report I have a DDP decoder payment plan they added saying I owe R2146 this is affecting my credit score what am I owing them for please remove this on my name you are ruining my life
