Multichoice rude agent Michelle Thomas

I called Multichoice and I spoke with Michelle Thomas who was extremely rude to me. I was having a problem with catch up ... titles were not loading and she told me that in order for me to get my pvr functions I need wifi .. I told her that was not true so she said that since I'm not the account holder she was not going to talk to me anymore. She then said that she will only deal with the account holder not sure if she thought the account hder was going to buy the wifi story... Michelle does not know what she is talking about and she got really rude when I told her her that she was mis guiding me. She then placed me on hold for about 30 minutes until I hung up. I would not recommend Michelle Thomas to anyone. SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT AND SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE
