Multichoice robs us again

Multichoice is advertising the deal where you get the Explora plus free installation and delivery for R899 pm. Then they call you back to tell you that you have to pay R149 upfront to release the delivery of the decoder (doesn't sound like free delivery to me). I get the decoder and you are then forced to use their installers and the only one in the whole Krugersdorp could only help me after two weeks. The guy then came (who was supposed to do my \free installation\") and he tried to charge me R300 extra because he went 30 minutes over the free time but he had to drive back to their shop in Noordheuwel because he forgot the satellite dish there and he also charged me for 1 meter worth of cable he had to use (even though they are supposed to supply all the cables for an entire installation. Then finally the first debit order went of and surprise it is not for R899 but for R1100. Phoned multichoice and spoke with the rudest call centre agent ever who told me that it was my fault for not listening and that from the date of delivery it was activated and it was my responsibility to get it installed immediately (but I had to wait for the people they forced me to use).I want a refund"
