Multichoice Robbing People!!!

I am disappointed with DSTV and their service. I've been a customer with them since 2017. I haven't used my decoder for about a year plus. Today I decided to reconnect my subscription and found out that I have to pay R1000. I had a bouquet for R265 with them and now they say that I'm subscribed to DSTV premium and was told that I used it on a DSTV explora.

That's around R800pm. I am disappointed because I do not even have the satellite to cater for the DSTV explora as it uses an advanced satellite or a bigger one.

I cannot pay so much of money for something I did not use and this is ridiculous. I had far more hope with Multichoice and now I lost it all. Terrible service!!!
