Multichoice ripping us off

We moved from one place to another therefore took our dish with us. We moved just before our payment date so we expected that our service would be disconnected. We did not connect our service because we had to have our dish re-installed. After we had our dish re-installed, on 14 July, we called multichoice to find out how much we owed. We were told to pay R569 something cents to reconnect including the reconnection fee. We payed R600 in two separate payments, R400 first then R200 the following day. The service stayed inactive and each time we called they told us they were doing a system upgrade therefore having problems. Eventually 4 days later at around midnight, we were reconnected. Today, 26 July our service has again been disconnected and Nonhlanhla Kunene who claims to be Viwe Phasha's supervisor, says we owe yet another R400 due to the fact that the DSTV system kept running for 15 days after our last payment before we moved house. She says we need to pay that amount though we were not even aware that the service was running for that long.<br> We are appalled and shocked to discover that the Dstv service can run for so many days without client's consent. Too much money for one wee
