Multichoice Rewards program/App is false advertising /****
I recently participated in the dstv rewards app spin the wheel daily game where if you spin the wheel you win prizes my first prize was a R100 takealot voucher and the second one was R200 takealot then i won again a free upgrade for a month ,i only needed to pay my normal subsciption then a consultant was going to call me within 3 days thats what the email confirmation said. I never received a call from Dstv i then contacted them and one consultant told me they did not see that i have won anything on their side someone will call me after the long weekend ,i called again and Spoke to Lunga Phokonsti and he could not help and escalated the matter to Nomcebo the manager who put me on hold without even advising that she will putting me on hold i was holding for 30 min without anyone assisting and i did not know if i was going to be assisted or not because everyone i spoke to did not seem to know how the rewards app works i then called and Spoke to Belinda i was given the rewards department number and the lady that answered was so unprofessional and basically told me multichoice was supposed to inform them that i won an upgrade because she is not picking it up ,she told there is nothing she can do to assist me and in all of this i still dont have my upgrade and non of the managers i spoke to got back to me ,i then received an sms to rate Lunga,s service how pathatic is that. I am very dissapointed with Multichoice and demand my free upgrade or and one of the consultants said i now qualify for a discounted upgrade but i will need to pay a certain amount which i refused
