Multichoice refusing to refund me my money
Customer number:***3 I would llike to have my refund *** Pertunia Ndzimande 212 Dhlamini street white city ***
On the 7th of September 2023 I made a payment with pay masterpass it double charged me R319*2 = R638 you debited on the same night for R342 my refund is R638 ,I was **** by the contact centre Agent Xolani Shabalala to say that the refund of R638 which is in credit on the account will be refunded till this day there is no funds. This payment was for my pensioner mother so after this refund may you cancel the account she will make a plan as open her own account as you are holding me at ransom for my money that you see is in credit and you refusing to pay it back.
