Multichoice refuses to reverse Showmax charge after cancellation
I cancelled Showmax during May 2022.
They have been charging me the monthly R49 since. I noticed when I checked my accounts today.
I phoned them and contacted them on Twitter to get a reversal. They say it has been reversed. However all statements since May show R99 subscription, R50 discount and the R49 is always deducted.
They refuse to reverse. My monthly total is supposed to be Compact plus fee and insurance fee. It always has an additional.R49.
