Multichoice - Refusal to refund credits, no statements and no Channels to view

After deciding to downgrade from DSTV premium to Easyview because of the terrible lack of new movies and re-runs of other shows - I now have no Channels to watch at all. The Help email is of NO HELP anyway, and if you phone, its also a NO HELP scenario. Everyone wants to help, but No-one actually does!!! this has been going on for quite a while now.

The irony was I didn't know was that I was in credit in Multichoice and even though I have repeatedly asked for statements, they would also not tell me how much I was in credit. They refused to credit me due to a technicality of payment receipts, and made their own decision to keep us on the Premium subscription. In the meantime we have duly paid the R29 for the last 3 months. Now after 2 months the funds in credit have run out and they do their own Debit Order and take R755 without any authority so I returned the DO. AT THIS STAGE THEY STILL OWE ME R129,00

Since then I have been constantly on the phones and emails to get them to give me the package i asked for but to no avail.

This is shocking treatment considering we had the old Mnet from the initial stages up until now so that is a whole lot of years that they simply disregard.

If necessary I will sue them and a they can pay the costs involved as its now a matter of Principle - at this stage I don't even care to have any DSTV - its all a lot of repeats anyway. We can get all the best movies and shows on either UTube and Netflix - so why is everyone bothering with DSTV anyway.

MULTICHOICE REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS.
