Multichoice refund
since 26 July I have been waiting for my refund from multi-choice. I cancelled my account but was still charged. I have gotten tired of phoning them once a week, to spend an hour holding and hoping to resolve it, only to be told it will be paid in the next 7 days. Needless to say I have to follow up 1 week later.<br> <br> Get your act together guys.
