MULTICHOICE RECONNECTION FEE REVENUE UP

Multichoice fails to collect credit card debit order after more than a year of successfully submitting and receiving payment and resort to automatic disconnection/reconnection fee citing they are not responsible yet their affiliated supplier confirms they slacked. After spending hours telephonically I was told that the call centre supervisor will escalate with accounts and to date I have not received any positive feedback. Tried the email approach and was told that I have sufficient credit to take me to March and then the nasty sms saying I must pay them nearly double my subscription or face disconnection. Called aand asked for accounts and told they do not have a direct number and their email no longer works!<br> <br> Seems like no one at multichoice cares! Maybe SA needs to find another broadcaster of premuim quality rather than watching the same repeats over and over again. I have given up any hope that Multichoice service will improve...Requested a senior individual to call me, however, no one does. I merely get transferred to another call centre agents who poses as a supervisor, places you on hold for half and hour and then apologies and say it will be sorted out.
