Multichoice reap off

After my complaint which no one bothered to respond to. I call every week to ask for a reconnection and each time I need to relate the story all over again that the system upgraded me without my consent and therefore demanding payment of subscription every week disrupting my viewing when in essence I have paid. Was promised month end this issue will be resolved bit to this date on a new month I am still going through the same dilemma. Decision made, to hell with DSTV and their repeat movies, Netflix is my option because I only used Dstv for sabc news.
