Multichoice really sucks
Multichoice has over debited my account for this month for Dstv subscriptions. Since the 03rd of this month I have been trying to get a refund from them instead their customer advisors have asked me two times to send my bank statement which reflect the amounts debited, something I did peacefully. But, up to now no one has ever tried to contact me to explain as to what is happening. Their actions have left me cold after being a loyal member for so many years. They left me with no choice but to say Multichoice Really Sucks...
