Multichoice react on complain

Just a follow up on my previous complain on HelloPeter in connection with decoder problems ,with Multichoice who re-program decoder and not exchange ....Multichoice contact us the day after and Krabo from multichoice took over the complain ,and rectify the problem in 2 days ...Thank you multichoice for still caring about customers ,and huge thanks to hellopeter who gave us a platform to raise complants ,as well as solutions ..,
