Multichoice Putrid customer service

I have moved from a Media24 child account with extra view to my own Dstv account. I was called on the 27th July 2024 and advised to sign a 24 month price lock contract, and told the decoder will be sent to me, an installer would be in contact with me to do the installation free of charge. The installer got to my place and advised they will only connect the new decoder and i would need to pay an additional amount to have the extra view decoder linked, i then advised the installer to rather not open the packaging of the new decoder as i was told the whole installation would be free, after numerous emails to Multichoice i was then told they will contact the installer and advise to do installation. Today the installer arrived at my home and again only wanted to connect the new decoder only and not the extra view without an additional charge im liable to pay!!!!

I now know why Multichoice is losing so many customers to Iptv, with all the customers they lost thus far a person would think they would try their best to keep the few remaining paying customers ......
