Multichoice pushing signal messages

So my explorers warranty has expired, now my decor keeps giving me a message "connection lost due to bad weather or poor connection.

Now the most thing that worries me is that the message only happens on the channels I watch most 161, 152 etc.

When this messages started I had my tree cut , after the tree I got an installer to come check, he found nothing wrong so he only tighten the decoder and the LMB. It worked well for around 4days and it happened again. 2days ago I got a call that my decor warranty had expired and they advised to get insurance. So now this makes me wonder, maybe multichoice just want me to get insurance and they keep pushing this messages to my decoder.

The other thing that I have noticed is that my catch-up does not update as often as my neighbors one. What does this mean, doesn't catch-up according to the package? Is multichoice able to control who gets what? Sometimes on a very windy day the signal is fine, on another windy day signal will be lost, the same happens on rainy days. So Now I get these messages even on the best weather in town.

Is multichoice pushing these messages to me?

Please help, might have to start investigation to find out what is happening.
