Multichoice Price Lock package

Guys am feed up with multichoice and their price lock offer, Every month am experiencing difficulties with my account. The price lock price i signed up for is R499 but every month i have to pay more than the amount, it is very unprofessional for multichoice to be doing such.Whenever i call in to make an enquiry regarding my account theres always another story, please make sure when u consider that package u go in with your eyes fully opened. Very disappointed in the service provider.
