Multichoice Price lock overcharge

I took new price lock on March 2021 which was advertised as R449 special and i struggled to get it connected until after making 31 calls between March and April. finally its was connected and i was overcharged for during the time it wasn't connected and extra R119 on top. i made calls without being help and i came to this forum and may 2021 i was refunded R645.

But to my surprise from same May the over charge of R119 never stopped and i made calls again and they told me they would review recordings for my contract and in August they came back saying its their fault so sept 2021 they will refund the extra R119 from May to August 2021, but that never happen and oct i called again asking why? they also promised me they will sort Nov. its didn't happen again and Dec i called after extra deduction they also promised they will sort. Jan 2021 i received this ref number after asking REFERENCE NUMBER : ***0 and i was promised now its the last time.

to my surprise im still being overcharged after a year of asking one and the same thing. please help me get back R119 for the past 11 months deductions I've tried everything and Multi-choice isn't respecting me.
