Multichoice 'Price Lock' deal seems like a ****...

I app**** for the DSTv 'Price Lock' deal on the 4th of April 2016. Up until now I have not received anything from Mutichoice. After count less calls and emails, I was promised that everything is in order and that my Explora decoder would be delivered and installed. Hmmm...a month later I'm still sitting dry. For such a big company, it seems that they either make enough money to just not care or they really don't care. They were quick to phone me to sell the product, but from there on, nothing happens. I am truely unhappy with them...imagine the bad service and empty promises before you even have the product...how the the long term service be like? I can only imagine -WORSE! But skip a day late on payment and your service get suspended immediately! Bad Multichoice...really very bad...
