Multichoice Price Lock- Bad service
On the 27/28 Dec 2017 i signed up for a new contract with Multichoice price lock and they advised that it would take max 5 working days do deliver the explorer decoder and that since the contract includes installation a technician would also call me to arrange and till today i have not received any form of communication to any issues from them non what so ever. So on the 03 Jan 2018 i spoke to an agent on their live chat by the name of Mark and i said to him i would like to find out the status of my decoder deliver and he said to me he was aware of the new contract but it did not have a tracking number attached to it. But advised me he will have someone call me before the end of the day from the price lock deparment and yet again no one called. Again on the 04 Jan 2018 i contacted multichoice and found the very same agent Mark and i told him what he had promised me that another agent and supervisor from the price lock department will call me on the 03rd Jan 2018 did not happen. Then Mark consulted with his supervisor by the name of Nhlanhla and she was busy and will contact me as they had escalated the matter and they will call me before 23:00 pm the very same night and nothing happend still. I again contacted multichoice on the 05 Jan 2018 and an agent by the name of Innocentia Moloi was the one i explained my problem to and she then asked for my details which i provided but at the end told me there is nothing she could do as the does not work in that department and she will ask someone to contact me, which i believe was now starting to be the same circle of bad service and no one wanting to take responsibility.
