Multichoice possibly involved in F.R.A.U.D.

<p>Multichoice has been deducting far more than what they are supposed to on my 24 month fixed contract. Last month my wife enquired about the high deduction upon which they agreed to investigate. A month later no explanation has been forthcoming from them . Two weeks ago I sent them an e-mail complaining again about the R1076 they deducted from my bank account as the deduction should be R608 and attached a copy taken from my bank statement. They rep**** by denying my allegation as it “does not correspond with their records” and asking for another copy of my bank statement which I supp**** again. The only reply I have since received (a week ago) informed me that the matter has been “escalated”.</p>
