Multichoice, Poorest Business Practices Ever

I was Called and Offered a DSTV Price Lock Deal and Promised Installation last week Monday, I am not sure if it was to secure the Deal, I have Called in Everyday Since that Week and Never got any sort of Concrete Timelines and Feedback. I ever regret falling for Multichoice again especially after just Cancelling My Services. Never Ever Phone Customers, Sell Them Packages and Never Deliver. It's been a Week Since I was sold a Compact Package and Promised Delivery, It's Been A Week and Not a Word, I've Called Daily, Escalated, Promised the Moon and the Stars, Mind you I just Cancelled in March, What a Poor Excuse Of a Business You Are. Your *********** and Useless Staff are so Damaging To Your Business. Today I will Cancel the Deal!
