Multichoice Poor Service

I cannot believe the poor service I get all the time from Multichoice. Its expensive to contact them. Their response time is ridiculous. I have made payment yesterday and still Im struggling regarding reconnection. My customer number with them is ********** 0. It's doesn't matter how much u complain nobody seems to help. Since my account is not reconnected I want my money refunded today. I've received an email from Niven Athmaram with enquiry ref number 379756 today at 09:24 asking me which package should be reconnected and I've rep**** immediately but 3 hours later nothing has been done. They get all sorts of debt collectors to contact me as if I owe DSTV money knowing that DSTV is prepaid. I am totally unhappy about this matter.
