MULTICHOICE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY LEARNERS ARE NOT BEING PAID THEIR STIPENDS?????

My brother started a learnership offered by Multichoice on the 1st of June 2023. He has not been paid a stipend since. He is also not the only learner who has not been paid . We can't get hold of the relevant people within Multichoice . This is very unfair towards those learners as some have incurred debts which they cannot pay due to non- payment of their stipends .
