multichoice pathetic service

dstv customer service is so pathetic they failed to refund me and i gave up, i have used all my resources including emails and calling them for follow up, someone called me telling me that i requested cancellation of debit order i have never done or had any debit order on my dstv account, they are so unproffesional they dont know processes of the company when you call to do follow up you get different stories no one knows anything, no one takes customers serious, mybe they dont have competitors they know you are stuck with them and you will accept their poor service.
