Multichoice pathetic service
What a pathetic bunch. Streaming service got blocked after using it for more than 2 years without a reason. I have been a premium subscriber for years and then get told that it will take between 24 hrs and 48 hrs for the account to be unblocked after sending copy of ID. Paying for a service for years and this is what I get. Cancelling my service

11 Mar 2024, 16:14So here we are on Monday 16:13. After making two calls to Multichoice helpdesk in Randburg and holding on for more than 20 minutes , nothing has been resolved. I get put on hold and this is where it ends until the call gets cut.

13 Mar 2024, 13:13Wednesday after making additional calls for issue to be resolved. Still issue not resolved and no follow up calls as promised by Multichoice. I hope this is an eye opener for all current and potential customers what bad , useless service provider MC is. As all phone calls are recorded , this is my proof that I followed up for updates
