Multichoice Pathetic ****s and lies

A promotion was done by DSTV for an upgrade on you decoder at "No additional Cost" - we took the upgrade 2weeks ago and has been downhill ever since. End of January we were billed double the monthly installment - called the call center and was advised to reversed the debit order as the billing was incorrect, the debit was reversed while the account app sat on pending status - 7days later the service is suspended and than advised to make a payment of the correct billing amount of R899 - made a deposit of the amount the same day - the service is up and we receive an SMS stating the there's an outstanding amount due of R771 etc to be paid or the service will be suspended. called in again and spoke to Portia Aphane and recieved an email for an installer (fazal Karanie) to go out and have a look as to why the service is not up.- it was determined by Fazal that the decoder has gone through a power surge and therefore needed to be taken into Multichoice for retesting.Portia also promised that we would receive a call from the manager a Mr Machete but never did - emails has been sent to Portia to non avail...the decoder at multichoice and service suspended as we received yet another SMS stating that there's an amount due only now its 741 and the account has been suspended. called in this morning, on hold for a solid 30 + awaiting a manger to sort out this issue, still no answer, still no service. - The service has been nothing short of pathetic, poor and a huge bunch of employees that know absolutely nothing with their "Dont care" attitudes and poor communication skills.- We require this matter to be sorted out asap as payment was made a week ago, we do not want a call center agent to call us back as we now highly irritated with their service. We expect a manager or someone that knows something about anything to get this matter sorted or we will escalate and take the matter further. Most pathetic service!!!
