MultiChoice overcharged me with more than R5000.00

MultiChoice overcharged me with more than R5000.00 Since the 28th January 2025 MultiChoice charged me for the use of a Home decoder and a Holiday Decoder at the same time. Suich an arangement was never made and I was charged dubble fees from January 2025 to 28 May 2025. We were on holiday for a few months and I was unaware that my bank account was overcharged.with more than a thousend rand per month. Telephone calls was a wast of time. I then paid the Head Office at N1 City a visit. I was told that i was on a new contract January 2025 and that two decoders was active. Hence this amount. This was never the case. Please help me to get my money back. Thanks.
