MultiChoice order ***8 not received after 71 DAYS !!!

I've ordered a DSTV wifi connector on the 27th of May 2024, it is the 30th of July 2024, and I've still not received the connector. It took a while for them to pick up that the connector was send back, even though there was someone at the delivery adress, I changed the phone number to mine, as my brother who is the account holder is NOT able to answer his phone always, and they changed it, but after another 2 weeks I tried again, and again they said that it was send back, as nobody answered, but after adding my number they still contacted the wrong number. I've asked for a refund, as I can now buy it from Takealot at the same price, and KNOW that I will get in max. 7 days. Unfortunately I only get we're so sorry for any inconvenience, and it's been escalated, but NO money BACK and NO FEEDBACK, this is just utterly CRAZY! I'm so so so sooooo dissappointed.
