Multichoice Not Taking Responsibility

So after a month & a half regarding my query I finally got somewhere yesterday. A consultant named Dimakatso Makombi helped me and the service received from her was great...it's a pity she has to work for a pathetic company as yourself cause clearly you do not deserve her. To make a long story short she told me basically every one kept escalating the matter to the next person hence it never gets resolved. Also the amount that I was supposed to pay that was even emailed to me back in August stating the amount due on the 2nd September is R128.27 was wrong. As a customer who knows how the consumer protection act works as I work in the service industry myself refused to pay it cause it's not my problem that you gave me the wrong amount but yet you still refuse to take responsibility for it. Dimakatso agreed with me that you should take responsibility & \zero"the account & let me just continue from December. I got to the conclusion that if not I will settle the account & simply cancel my contract and subscription cause clearly you guys don't mind losing a customer over a lousy R500"
